UpSnap

Overview

UpSnap is a self hosted Wake on LAN management platform built with SvelteKit, Go and PocketBase. It provides a centralized web dashboard for waking devices remotely, scheduling automated power on events and managing networked systems from anywhere. The platform includes cron based wake schedules, network discovery using nmap, custom shutdown commands, port specific availability checks and support for multiple architectures through Docker images. Designed for homelabs, offices and self hosted environments, UpSnap offers a lightweight and easy way to automate device power management.
