Overview
Steam Headless provides a remotely accessible Steam gaming environment running in Docker on Linux. It includes a Steam client configured for Proton, a Moonlight compatible streaming server, full audio and video access through noVNC, and support for Steam Link and Steam Remote Play. The environment runs a complete Xfce4 desktop and supports NVIDIA AMD and Intel GPUs, controllers, Flatpak and AppImage applications, as well as optional installation of tools such as EmuDeck, Heroic and Lutris. It is based on Debian Trixie and can be deployed as a self hosted gaming server.
