Neutralinojs

Overview

Neutralinojs is an open source lightweight desktop application framework that allows developers to build cross platform apps using JavaScript HTML and CSS. Unlike heavier frameworks it does not bundle Chromium or Node.js and instead uses the operating system webview library. It provides native APIs secure WebSocket communication extension support via IPC and a built in static server for serving app content while keeping applications small and efficient.
