Markstream

Overview

Markstream is an open source Markdown renderer designed specifically for AI applications where content arrives progressively through token streams, SSE or WebSockets. It supports incomplete Markdown, streaming code blocks, progressive Mermaid diagrams, KaTeX, Shiki, Monaco and custom components across Vue, React, Svelte, Angular and Nuxt. It is designed to reduce rendering flicker and efficiently handle long, continuously updating AI responses.
