Overview

Mail Archiver centralizes email backups from multiple IMAP and Microsoft 365 accounts in a searchable archive. Schedule synchronization manage attachments export messages as MBOX or EML and restore archived emails when needed. Its optional read-only REST API and MCP server let scripts and AI agents search archived messages without accessing mailbox credentials. Docker deployment and configurable retention controls make it suitable for personal use and organizational email preservation.
