Floci

Overview

Floci is a family of local cloud emulators designed for development testing and CI workflows. It provides AWS compatible services locally while maintaining support for Azure and GCP emulation through separate projects. Developers can point existing SDKs, CLIs, Terraform, OpenTofu, CDK and application code to a local endpoint and work without cloud accounts, authentication tokens, usage limits or paid tiers. Built with Quarkus Native, Floci emphasizes fast startup times, low resource usage, Docker backed service fidelity and full open source licensing.
