Overview

CocoIndex Code indexes source code by syntax and meaning so coding agents can find relevant functions patterns and relationships without reading entire files. Incremental indexing keeps the search index fresh as code changes while call graphs and semantic search help agents understand dependencies and avoid duplicating existing logic. It works through the CLI and integrates with Claude Code Codex Cursor and other coding agents through skills or MCP.
